Happy Book Week! The children have had a great time doing fun activities this week and have put in an amazing effort raising funds for the school library.
It’s My Business! Over the last number of weeks Boyana from Junior Achievement has carried out the It’s My Business programme. The children learned all about products and services and even came up with their own Business idea that they pitched to their classmates. We definitely have some future entrepreneurs in this room!
The children in Ms. Kinirons’ class made love heart clay trinket pots for Valentines day.
Ms Brennan’s class had great fun exploring coding and Beebots with Ms. Minions.
Ms. Brennan’s 4th class enjoyed Maths Week! We researched data on Ireland for our door. We played a lot of chess! We had fun solving problems about The Haunted School and we took part in a Maths Quiz in the PE Hall.
Back to School: We were delighted to welcome back Mr McCarney’s class in August after what sounded like an amazing summer for all the children!
September Art: The boys and girls had great fun making a ‘Minion’ version of themselves in art this month.
STEM Challenge: The children collaborated together to make their own wind powered car!
