Gallery – Junior Infants
The children in Ms. Hegarty’s Junior Infant class worked particularly hard during the month of October. They made clay hedgehogs and talked all about Autumn. They practised their sounds using lentils, whiteboards, oats and lots of other resources. Maths week was also a huge hit and the children had lots of fun completing maths games and activities. They chatted all about Halloween and did lots of Halloween dances and made spooky potions. They also practised ball skills during PE lessons. It was a very busy month in Ms. Hegarty’s class!!

Well done Ms. Hegarty’s Junior Infants!
Ms. McWilliams’ class has settled into Junior Infants really well. We have had a very busy September. We have been practising forming our letters in sand, lentils and rice. We have enjoyed story time in the library and GAA with Shane from Westmanstown Gaels. We have completed some lovely self portraits, the 3 little pigs houses and had lots of fun during Aistear time.
